BSM Training and Consultancy was formed in January 2016 and incorporated on 23rd May 2019.
The objective was simple, try to make training for micro and small businesses affordable while working to empower them to become self-sustainable in delivery of statutory trainings.
BSM training and Consultancy began when now director Bryan saw an opportunity within the ever-familiar leisure sector to bring affordable and achievable collaborative solutions to the leisure sector.
Bryan spent 15 + years within the leisure sector and when setting out on his self-employed journey to deliver training within the sector soon realised there was a distinct lack of affordable opportunity for small leisure clubs to train their teams.
BSM training and consultancy along with its associates evolved quickly into a training and consultancy company that was able to cater for multiple sectors including hospitality, facilities management, engineering, construction, agriculture and beyond.
